Catering is supplied by one of Newcastle's favourite caterers, Sea Salt & Sage, run by mother and daughter duo Gianna & Leah.

All dishes are made from scratch, using the freshest produce and the best local ingredients. Their house baked focaccia is divine and every sandwich is a gourmet delight. Their sweet treats (from house-made sfogliatelle, zeppole with chocolate crema pasticcera to crunchy & sweet crostoli) are decadent and very more-ish.
