Located in Hamilton on the fringe of the Newcastle CBD, the mediation facilities at 3/24 Beaumont Street Hamilton are just a few minutes’ walk from Hamilton Station, Islington Park and on the doorstep of Beaumont Street’s vibrant cafes, bars and restaurants.
The purpose-built rooms provide facilities for public hire, specifically designed for mediation, arbitration, conferencing and general business meetings.
The facility is designed to meet your needs, whether you are a party to a dispute, a practitioner representing a party, or a practising mediator, and includes a large conference room and two meeting rooms. Each of the rooms have been purpose built with soundproof walls to allow free discussion between parties.
Each of the rooms are available for hire for half a day (4 hours), a full day (between 9.00am and 5.00pm), a number of days, or by special arrangement by contacting [email protected].

Built in 2020, our rooms have been purpose built to host confidential discussions, with the highest quality acoustic materials utilised to reduce noise transfer and soundproof even the most confidential discussions.
